Krollik Technologies ("we", "us", "our") operates the Krollik VPN mobile application. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your data.

Our core principle: We do not monitor, log, or store your browsing activity, DNS queries, or the IP addresses of websites you visit. Your online activity is yours alone.

1. Information We Collect

Device Identifier — When you first open the app, a random unique identifier (UUID) is generated on your device. This ID is used solely to identify your account and is not linked to any personal information.

Device Fingerprint Hash — We collect a one-way hash of basic device properties (manufacturer, model, OS version, app version). This is used to prevent abuse and ensure fair access. The original device details cannot be recovered from the hash.

Connection Metadata — When you connect to or disconnect from a VPN server, we record the server ID, timestamp, and the amount of data transferred (bytes uploaded and downloaded). This data is used for service operation, capacity planning, and abuse prevention. We do not log which websites or services you access through the VPN.

Email Address — Collected only if you voluntarily provide it to claim a referral reward. It is used solely for verification purposes.

Referral Code — If you use or share a referral code, we record this to credit rewards to the appropriate accounts.

Language Preference — Your selected language is stored locally on your device to personalize the app interface.

2. Information We Do Not Collect

Your real IP address for tracking purposes

Financial or payment information
Health or biometric data

3. How We Use Your Information

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties. We do not use any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services in our app.

5. Data Security

All data transmitted between the app and our servers is encrypted using HTTPS (TLS). Your device identifier and authentication tokens are stored securely on your device using platform-provided encrypted storage.

6. Data Retention

Account data is retained while your account is active. Connection metadata is retained for operational purposes only and is periodically purged. If you request account deletion, all associated data will be removed within 30 days.
